Menu Item on Dialog

Hi,
I am Loading a menu on to a dialog. But i am not able to see the accelerators(KeyBoard shortcuts) when i invoke that dialog.But As soon as i press the "alt" key on my keyboard i am able to see.But I want it to be visible without the pressing of "alt" key.
what should i do for this.
