Menu Greetings

I am unable to get a menu greeting to play more than once before the invalid or no response time is met. I have tried adjusting the number of no response and invalid retries under the menu properties, but the greeting still only plays once. The Callpilot is a 1002rp 5.0 with SU06.

You need to set how many times you want the greeting to play.

where is that setting found

When in application builder and you have the application opened you would right click the menu or announcement icon click on properties and there is a box with how many times to play the greeting.

I only see the number of no response or invalid tries. There is no number of time to play the greeting????
