Hi and Thanks for taking time to look at this, tried it in the general forum no luck thought i'd give it a shot here!

Has anyone ever created a menu bar on the fly using records from a table?

A Little more info to explain

I have a database with "how to use" instructions held on pdf documents, I would like to create a menubar with Exit and Help options only, creating a menu bar when the database opens by looping through the entries stored in a table with Help title and location of the pdf.

Hope that makes sence

Anyone ever tried this?

If not, if you can give me some sample code to create the menubar and the entries I'll work the rest out myself.

Cheers

Chris

Dont know if this helps, I have had heaps of problems in the past using menu bars so to save time and to keep a professional image I have used a capture program to copy the standard buttons you use with windows, I have then placed hidden buttons in front of them so that when you click on the icon it takes you to where you want to go. Don't know if that is of much help but it is another way of looking at it.

Zero :)
