Menu Bar is Missing

Hello,

I have a user whose menu bar is missing. If you press Alt + F it doesnt bring it up. When you go to Tools > Customize there is no option for Menu Bar in the list of Toolbars. I have gone through each toolbar just in case it was renamed but it still doesnt show the Menu Bar.

It works fine if I log on as another user, any help will be appreciated.

do you have custom menu bar's set up?

you can loop though all the command bars by using the application.commandbars collection, and if you print out the names of each one, you can tell if a custom bar has covered up the menu bar.

there's also some menu bar config options in Tools > Startup
