Menu bar in word disappear 1

Hi

when I open word on a computer the Menu bar simply not appear. I try richgt click and all shortcut I know but nothing to do. I try to reinstall office... nothing. Someone can tell me how I can made my menu bar reappear without right click or reinstall please.

It's possible you are in Full Screen view.

Try moving your cursor to the top of the screen to see if the menu bar appears. If it does you can use the View Menu to 'Close Full Screen', or alternatively press Esc.

Eric, see my FAQ on troubleshooting Word 97 and 2000. You may not need to do the registry fix, but just rename the normal.dot.

You'll also learn that reinstalling Office does not fix either of these issues.
