menu appearance problem

I have a menu with 5 boxes.
I want to make an animation for rolling over each one...something like this:

I have 5 layers each containing a button.I have used an invisible button wich on roll over leads to the "normal" label (in each movie i have 4 layers: the button; labels(2):normal, motion ; actions; invisible button).
The problem: when i roll over a button, for ex the left one the animation begins and when i roll over next button the animatyion for the first one doesn't ends...that's because the layer containing the second button is upside the layer containing the first button and on the invisible button...
