menu 16 retrieving database information

How do I reteieve information ? I am using Procom and an Octel 250.
When in enter menu 16 and select a choice and press ENTER. I just get the message
" Begin file transfer...Initiate transfer on PC now...
Press Ctrl-X/Return to cancel....Presss any key when transfer is complete. "
It just stays in this mode until I cancel out of it.

You have to have procomm use xmodem and then hit the download file icon and name the file. What are you going to do with it after that?

Ken,
I think I have a bad port. The lead number in a 5 member hunt group is not hitting the Octel 250. The line checks OK until its connected to the Octel.
