Hi All,
I posted a question about configuring one of these beasts a while ago, but received no response, so I thought I'd list the current config and see if anyone could point me in the right direction.

WAN Configuration:
Enabled Yes, VPI=0, VCI=38, Static IP ??.???.??.???
Subnet 255.255.255.248, Gateway 0.0.0.0
MAC Spoofing=Disabled
ATM Service Category=UBR, Banwidth=0 kbps
ENCAPSULATION=PPPoA LLC, Bridge=Disabled, IGMP=Disabled
PPP Service Name=Demon, Username and Password=correct
Disconnect Timeout=0, MRU=1492, MTU=1492, MSS=1432
Authentication=Auto

LAN Configuration:
IP Address=??.???.??.???, Subnet=255.255.255.248
DHCP Server=Not Ticked, DHCP gateway=Automatic

PPP Configuration:
Adapter=Pvc 0, Mode=PPPoA, MRU=1492, MTU=1492, MSS=1432
Auth Mode=Auto

NAT Configuration:
Number of NAT configurations = 0

Virtual Server Configuration:
Nothing in here, but it says "Use the following form to add special port that you want to be opened for your special application (exact wording).
You then get the option to add the following:-
Public Port, Private Port, Port Type, Host IP Address.

DNS Configuration:
DNS Proxy Selection=Auto Discovery + User Configured
User Config Preferred DNS Server 158.152.1.43 (Demon)
Alternate 158.152.1.58

Bridge Filtering Configuration:
Enable Bridge Filtering=No
Number of Bridge Filters = 0

ADSL Configuration:
Tellis=Enabled
Handshake Protocol=Autosense - G.dmt First
Wiring Selection=Tip/Ring
Bit Swapping=Disabled

RIP Configuration:
RIP = Disabled

Miscellaneous Configuration:
HTTP Server Access = Restricted - LAN
FTP Server = Enabled
TFTP Server = Disabled
DMZ=Enabled (last resort to stop the router blocking VPN)
DMZ Host IP = Same as Firewall (tried router wan address, but no different)
DHCP Relay=disabled
IGMP Proxy=Disabled
PPP reconnect on WAN access=Disabled
PPP Half Bridge=Disabled.

Sorry for the lenghty details, but these are just about every setting there is.

Now the current situation is, Web Browsing from their LAN works fine, I can send external emails and I can VPN on to an external Office site from their Main Server. So I know the ADSL Line is working fine.

However, I cannot, from the outside world, either connect via a VPN session, nor telnet on to the mailgateIP address on port 25.
So in conclustion, they cannot recieve external E-Mail nor can I setup remote support.

Any Ideas more than welcome - I've spent an age trying to sort this, H E L P!!
TIA
Mark
