Mental block on numbered list alignment 1

I am having a mental block on how to convert the numbered list on the top of the image to look like the list below. I can't see how to fix the alignment. Office 2019

The format in the lower image is what you normally get by default when you use number formats. However, since that's not the case here, you need to set the "hanging indent".

To do so, highlight the text, and then, in the horizontal ruler, look for the "hanging indent" button, and slide it to the right. Alternatively, in the Paragraph dialogue, under Indentation, set "Special" to "Hanging".
