Mental block - number to hours...

Have a field that is simply {?days}*7 (7 being working hours in a day)

I need to display the result as hours so that if {?days}=7 the the result returned is 49:00

Is {?days} always a whole number? if so :

totext({?days}*7,0,"&quot&":00"
