Mental block, GRTD service

[Sympology]

Our server crashed out the other day (major power outage), and now many GRTD's are not showing the stats. Last time it happened, I restarted a service on Symposium server and it was ok. Trouble is I've forgotton the service name.

Can anyone help...

Try RDC Service (Real-Time Data Collector) .

I think you'll find you need to stop SDP first the RDC, Then start RDC and SDP in that order.
