How do I find info about memory vendor and model on the following platforms:
HP, SUN, LINUX and AIX?

Hi,

From this context, memory is a hardware thing. Linux and AIX are operating systems and (especially linux) could be running on hardware with all varieties of memory types.

You need to find the technical specs for the machines which would describe the type of memory chips the motherboards within those machines support, limits etc. Could could try looking at the Kingston site --> . (Just do 'all' for everything then scroll down the list that should appear)
