When upgrading physical memory in SCO Openserver, do I have to change any configuration files or is it all done automatically? I'm upgrading from 512 to 1024Mb.

Memory upgrade, any configuration changes required?

It will use what ever is available. You may want to tweak some of the kernel parameters to take better advantage of the memory but this will entirely depend on your situation and process mix.
