I'm using Asus P3S8X-X mainboard, with Celeron 1.7Ghz. my OS is Win XP Pro. Based on the manual book it said that I can only use 2 Dimms Memory PC 2700, so I'm using two DIMM's Memory PC2700 (128 mb each). I found problem on my application, every time i running some aplication it always quit by it self or sometimes my Windows XP get restarted it self and sometimes after boot my screen goes blue and got error message, but when i only using one Memory everything goes normal. There's nothing error with both of my memory.

You need to establish whether the problem is a bad RAM stick, a bad memory slot, or only manifests itself when both memory slots are in use.

Get memtest86, make a floppy and boot to it. Test each stick in each slot, one at a time. If memtest86 passes one stick and fails the other consistanty - you have a bad stick. However, you can try rubbing the conductor strips on the edge of the memory stick with a soft eraser to remove any dirt/oxide build up. Similarly blast the memory slots using a can of air to remove any dirt that may have got in there.
If each memory stick passes in each slot on its own, then test them together. If they pass, then you have some other issue - or cleaning fixed the problem! If they fail when in together you have a timing issue. You need to throttle down the memory timings using your BIOS settings. Change each setting, CAS latency, timings etc one at a time running memtest86 each time to see what effect you are having. Keep going until memtest86 passes.
Please post back your findings.

Thx, i'll give it try.
