Memory Problem - Flash says, to use Finder to raise memory

I have an Project in Flash that has about 11 Mb in Filesize. On some PC's all same config. it is possible to open. but on some dont.

Flash says "... use finder to raise memory... "
and i am not able to work with the movie.

Has anyone ideas to work with it?

never seen that error messsage and i have worked with much larger files
