Memory mapping tools and Tivoli ITM memory leaks

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced AIX 5.1 memory issues after (Tivoli) ITM was deployed. I'm seeing a leak of basically 100's of Mb after several weeks, all though I can't actually trace it back to ITM. I just know I didn't have memory issues prior to deploying ITM and the ITM Heartbeat solution. Any feedback, suggestions, utilities to trace, would be greatly appreciated.

Not specifically with Tivoli, but we have a major issue with Java based applications, when the java applications are pretty busy Java garbage collection doesn't take place, causing an ever spiralling paging space growth.

No solution till now, we resorted to a weekly reboot to clear the paging space issue, hopefully IBM will sort out their version of Java for AIX in the near future.

BTW, on our Linux servers we have no such problems.
