Memory Leakage

I have a few servers that I think might have memory leaks. Do any of you have a suggestion on some freeware that can show you what process is leaking memory?

That would depend on what software you are using. Memory leaks relate to the software.
 
Also, keep in mind that some software (ie. Exchange servers) will use as much RAM as it can get its hands on, and then when other processes request RAM Exchange gives it up.
