Folks

We are running Java 142 on AIX 5.2 ..Does anyone know of anyu AiX or Java command that would tell me what process is causing a memory leak ... From the NMON screen PHYSICAL MEMORY is at 100% .. I can not fiond out what is causing it . Any help will be appreicated ...

Warm Regards

Hi. I don't think 100% of physical memory indicates a problem as such. What's the virtual memory figure?

I posted a script to help find memory leaks

If you suspect a memory leak, you need to test by sending the same data through the system, multiple times.
If you own WebSphere TX from IBM, their support group has two scripts to monitor the memory used by a process, using the PID.
