Memory is real low from 1.5 GIG to almost nothing?

Greetins

Someone in the company configure a server 2003 (runs exchange and nothing else). Anyway, the memory is way low what should be turn on and turns off (services wise). Users under 50...

Check running processes and also services. What's running that shouldn't be. What are the specs. Has it suddenly started to do this?
Check the event viewer for anything that might coincide with the main problems starting.

Exchange uses as much memory as possible, that is normal.
