Memory hog issue 1

I have a server running RH5.0 and something is using up all the memory:-

free -m
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 128938 96871 32067 0 540 93306
-/+ buffers/cache: 3024 125914
Swap: 131071 110 130961


Can someone advise me on the best way to track the culprit down?
