Memory Full Error On Info 7.5

I have a Report which is saved on an Info Desktop Server. When I try to open this Report I get the error messages; Failed To Open Document and Memory Full.

I have tried opening the Report on different machines, on the server that holds the Desktop itself and directly from the location where the Report is held, rather than from the Desktop, and get the same messages in each case.

The Selection Formula for the Report is pretty big, around 90 lines, although it only accesses one Table with around 20,000 lines in it.

Is there any way that I can get back into this Report?

MKaybe, but it does sound ominous...

I'd try opening it in CR 8.5.

It may be that someone created a large report and left the save data with report on, that can tick Crystal off.

This report will need quite a bit of swap space available for you to open it - check the amount of free disk space on your Info Server. You probably need to clear out your cache and delete any temp files on the Info Server.
