What's the html for a carriage return? Not <br> but in the form of &, like &nbsp; is a space.

carriage return = &amp;#013;

line feed, new line = &amp;#010;

But my experience is that they act the same.

By the way Zeke0238:
If you type &amp;amp;#010; instead &amp;#010; in the reply area here at tek-tiks then you avoid that there will be characters shown.

Hope this helps,

HI guys,

Just to add to Boomerangs post, do not preview the post, otherwise it shows fine in the preview and the actual post shows the html character.

This has been a known problem for a while.

Hope this helps Wullie
