Memory Error while installing Oracle

One of our sco unixware 7.1.1 servers is having 128 MB RAM.When we try to install oracle 8i on this machine, we get the following error in the begining:-

mapChunk : mmap failed: Insufficient or invalid memory.

and the process terminates.With the result we are unable to install oracle on the machine.We also tuned the kernel using values given in Oracle manuals by putting various parameters in "stune" file.

Any one having idea about the error and can help ?
