Memory dumping while shutting down.

I have been experiencing frequently Memory Dumping while shutting down windows 2000. Anyone had same problem? Any solutions? Also My IE sometimes just quit itself. This only happens after I switched to win2000. Thanks.

Take a look at you event logs to get a better idea of what is causing the dump. Let us know what the app & system logs register. -md
