I have using windows xp home and my antivirus detected an wininet.exe infected file, i deleted the file but when can restart my computer show a blue screen and then this is reset. i cannot enter to my system anymore please helpme.

Press F8 while the "Starting Windows XP Home" splash screen is visible and try safe mode. Login as administrator (no password), then go to

Start -> Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> and click Settings in the Startup and Recovery box. Untick the "Automatically Restart" box so you can see any error messages that come up and OK this.

Run a full virus and spyware scan over the machine and change all of your passwords/security codes used from the PC, just in case as this includes a password logger.
