Memory Dump

PC keeps experiencing memory dumps and the following shows up in the event viewer....

Category: (102)
Type: Error
Event ID: 1003
"Error code 0000007f, parameter1 0000000d, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000"

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or what could be causing the problem?!?

What type of PC is it?

Does the PC have a Firewall installed on it (IE: Blackice, Norton, etc) or is it behind a router.

I have had similar issues with pc's that have an installed firewall. If it does get rid of the firewall and see if the problem continues.

I got that problem, and i hage 1GB of DDR on my pc.. I just increased the VM setting, and haven't had a dump since.. go figure, sometimes pcs are illogical!
