Memory dump on XP install

trying to install metaframe XP on an HP Pro DL380, and every time i get to the install modem screen i press next and memory dump happens. any one seen or know what could be causing this, or give me a clue on were i should look?

That will probably be the modem driver. See if you can get one of the "Standard Modem Drivers" to work with it.
