hi there, just need to know is there a way i can check the memory size per quad on the s70 model aside from checking it physically?

i used the lsattr command but just give the total size.

thanks in advance

hi!
you will be able to use "lscfg -vp mem0" command to know detailed memory spec.

i've tried that command but it will give me the total memory installed. Just want to know whther i can distinguish the memory per banks. Quad A to quad E is already utilized. need to know if what are the sizes per quad for upgrade purposes..

thanks.

sorry! Midrange
your system did not notice detailed memory size cause old machine. There is no way that check the memory size per quad for command. maybe you will confirm the physical memory size on your own eyes.

I can do it whith a P620.
To You can may be do it with diag and the technical documentation of your S70.

>>Task Selection (Diagnostics, Advanced Diagnostics, Service Aids, etc.)
