Memory cannot be Read - Wordpro 9.8 - term services win2k

We are running Windows 2000 server which is sharing Lotus Smartsuite with terminal services. One user is getting the following errors when starting WordPro:
The instruction at (memory location) referenced (another memory location.)

All other terminal services users worked fine once their user data was added to the registry for their individual profiles.

Any suggestions would be great!
