Memopad won't hotsync

I have a Palm Vx and Palm desktop 4.1 on my PC. For some reason, after I recently upgraded the desktop, I no long can hotsync my memopad. When I look under the custom section under hotsync, I realize that there is no memopad conduit. BUT when I look at the Palm desktop files, it has the appropriate memopad files.
Memcn30.dll
memo20.dll

Why won't it hotsync. This desktop version is the one with photo capability.
