memo field prints different than it is on form

I have a situation where a memo field (that must be spell checked and is bigger than 256 characters)displays OK on the form, but prints differently on a report. Any suggestions on how to make it the same??? thanks

How does it print differently and does it consistently print differently? Occasionally memo fields will become corrupted but we need to know how it prints differently to be able to determine what might be happening.
