memo field print on report

Hi,

I have a report that I want to print the memo field.

I have 3 forms in my program and the user can access the same memo field from any report so that any comments for that record stay together.

How do I print the memo field to a report if it is several pages long. I have tried a couple of things but I have not had any success. Any and all Ideas are welcome.

I just did a test in Access XP and a long memo field continued over 3 pages. Have you set the control and the report section to Can Grow? Is the memo field in the detail section? Are you ever seeing more than 255 characters in the memo field?

Also, make sure that you have not applied any formatting to that text box. That will cause it to truncate too....
