Memo Field Data Entry

Hello,

I have set up a very basic database to replace a series of Excel logs that my work group uses. I have information that I want to enter in a memo type of field. Is there anyway to start a new paragraph in that field (Like pressing "Alt-Enter" in Excel) ?? Any help is appreciated ...
