HI all,

Is it possible when writing in a memo field that the last entry can go to the top.
In some of our memo fields we have a lot of data.
So that the last entry made can be on the top and not on the bottom.
It can take a lot of time to scroll down the data.
I tried using the sort ascending but it only moves though all the records and not just the memo fields.

Many Thanks

Yes its possible, but thats some very picky tricky code to try and generate. Besides ... [blue]its logically out of sync with normal data entry.[/blue]

Try the following (much easier):
[ol][li]In the memo fields [blue]On Got Focus[/blue] event, copy/paste the following line:
Code:
[blue] Me![purple][B][I]MemoFieldName[/I][/B][/purple].SelStart = 0[/blue]
[/li]
[li]Save & close the form.[/li]
[li]Now with the form open, set focus to the memo field then:
Hold down the [blue]Ctrl[/blue] key then hit the [blue]End[/blue] key twice and your there![/li][/ol]

See Ya! . . . . . .
