membership payment system

I am wondering if anyone has any good ideas for a product that can be implemented into a site that will allow members to log in and pay their annual dues and display an invoice or receipt. I dont think that it is really a ecommerce solution. roughly 100 members paying dues annually.

for such a low volume, paypal IPN would be great. Some would say no, but I've never had a problem.

I developed a membership manager for for a client in the past and PayPal was a perfectly viable option. It worked well.

Some users got confused on wether they were supposed to just pay with their credit card, or sign up to be a payPal member first. But all in all it worked well for them.

You just have to be clear on your instructions when sending them to PayPal.

Also the evelopers at PayPal have created some really great enhancements to their check out procedures, never have to leave your site any longer.
