NO that will make them administrators on the domain, if you want to add users to the local admins group use the restricted groups feature.

If you meant make them members of administrators on their own workstation then yes they will be admins on just their PC.

NO!
You have two ways of doing this.
Manually do it on each client
or use the restricted group option described in MORE than necessary detail in PCEs post above!
