Members missing from properties of Distribution List

When using Microsoft Outlook in an offline state I am unable to view the Members of any of the distribution lists setup within the offline address book, I have tested this on both Exchange 5.5/Outlook 2002/Win XP and Exchange 5.5/Outlook 97 and Win 95 this also applies to users properties when looking for the "members of"

Any help would be of use
