Members in Distribution lists

I have a user who doesn't see the members of a DL when she double clicks it in the adress book, even the Dls where she is the owner.
All setting, in outlook 2002 and axchange 5.5, seems correct to me. I'm fresh out ideas.
Did anyone came across the same problem

Try removing her exchange account from Outlook and recreate it. If that doesn't fix it, try setting her up on another computer, does it work okay there?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
