Mem_Bad_Handle when saving cash receipt

Hello everyone,

I am encountering a memb_bad_handle error when trying to save cash receipts. The cash receipt window is a modified window of GP because of 3rd party application involvement. Any ideas on this?

First question: Does it work without the Modified Form being used.

If No, then we need to look for a bug with Dynamics GP or an issue with the data.

If Yes, then we need to know what the customisations on the Modified Form are?

Thanks for your response.

Could it be possible that this is a data-related error because I tried to use other GP on another machine and connects to the dbase where the error occurs, and I also receive the error. However, when I tried to connect to another server instance, the error did not appear.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
