Severity: Major
About a year ago we saw that on one of our Option 81's. It was in the history and appeared to coincide with a thunderstorm that had passed the previous evening. A ticket with Avaya got us the advice that an ini was in order (duh. Even the error message said that). Never got a good explanation of what it meant beyond being told that the switch didn't like something about the data it was processing so it truncated some data.
We didn't see anything else out of the ordinary happening so we scheduled an ini for the next maintenance window (almost a week out). Restarted and never really saw any problem beyond the MEM224 message.
