Mem Operator's mailbox name

Where is the Operator's mailbox's name recorded, and can it be recorded over? SX-200 ICP. Someone recorded their name over "The Operator" and I can't find it. Ready to change flash at this point. I completely re-programmed voice mail from scratch, but old audio files are still there. Can I delete those?

Have you tried calling the voicemail, dialing #, then 0, etc.?

I was able to re-set operator's password, access the mailbox and record the "name" as "The Operator". Now to get another nice sounding voice to record it instead of mine.
