meetings move to deleted items

Hi, I have a great bug and I need any help or clue. I'm desperate!!!!!

I have Outlook 2007 with exchange 2003 and my OS is Windows XP. Sometimes, when I post a meeting in my calendar, Outlook sends mails with notification to people and I receive replys, but, sometimes, not ever, My meeting moves to deleted items and disapear of my calendar. Then, people go to meeting and I don't go because my outlook don't call me.

Any ideas?
