In Outlook 2003, when trying to create a meetingplace conference, Outlook hangs and can only be closed with task manager. When you go into add/remove programs, Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook doesn't appear to be completely installed because it doesn't show a file size. Also, the MeetingPlace tab that should appear in the calendar when opening an appointment no longer appears. I can no longer tell what version is (was) installed. Everything was working fine until today. This is acutally another user's computer with WinXP SP3. She had this problem before and the only thing that worked was loading and old version (v4) from one of our servers, but I'd like to try and get the current version installed if anyone knows of a way to get this working. Any suggestions?
