I am trying to send a meeting request to a fellow employee out west. I am in EST, so the meeting starts at 10:00am. Since he is on PST, it is showing up 3 hours earlier at 7:00am. How can I make the meeting show up on both of our calanders at 10:00am?

This is normal & correct. 10:00 EST is 7:00 PST. What time to you intend to have the meeting? - 10 EST or 10 PST?

My appologies, I worded that incorrectly. The meeting actually starts at 1pm EST, but when I send the meeting request, it shows up on his PC for 1pm PST, it should say 10:00am PST. I double checked both PCs, there are in the proper time zone, mine is EST, his is PST.

Are both users using the same exchange server? I wouldn't expect that to be the cause, but I can't think of anything else.
