Hi, Can anyone give me some tips on creating a Meeting Scheduler in MSAccess, is there any controls available, or how would i go about designing it.. What we need is a two users to be able to book meetings in, and to be able to check what they have got booked already, possible some sort of reminder function to let them know by means of a popup that a meeting is within so many mins or hours..

Many Thanks

Why not use Outlook? It can be linked to Access.

The management want a stand alone product for this, and we only use OWA for emails!! Our sales chaps are on the road, and use OWA, but cannot get access to internet at all times.

Many Thanks

Any reason you have to build this in Access? There are lots of applications out there that do this, obviously Outlook is the first that comes to mind. Here are some freeware applications, I am sure you can find a lot more on the web.

Thanks for the links, we will need to re-evaluate, i think installing outlook will need to be looked into again. Outlook has some good functionality that we could use. Thanks again

Many Thanks
