I would like to use the Meeting Room Scheduler application in APPROACH.
But I would like to change the Time in 1/2 hr increments.
How do I Please. I can send a copy of the database on request

That schedule is a complex LotusScript which is difficult to change other than relabeling the view. Changing the number of slots across is a major project!
