Meeting Room Management

Hello,

Has anyone implemented any 3rd party Meeting Room management software with Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000 in your org?

Our receptionists are struggling with the whole "Resource" concept and keep cocking up the bookings!

Needs to be very easy to use...

We have a meeting room which is split in half, which can be used as one big conference room or two seperate rooms.

The booking of these rooms are handled manually through two meeting room resources, thus meaning they have to check each room if the rooms are required as one big room...this is the it they are struggling to cope with...I just keep writing "User Error" on the support calls, but even Im getting tired of doing that!
 
3 meeting rooms?

Front, Back and Conference (both)? Then have Conference as a distribution list to both?
