I have been asked to set up meeting room resources for 3 meeting rooms which is fine but the 3 meeting rooms are seperated by folding doors which can be folded back to make one large meeting room. If someone has booked meeting room1 but someone else wants to book the extended meeting room (all rooms combined) we dont want them to be able to book the large meeting room if meetings have already been booked in the individual rooms. Has anyone any suggestions?
