I have outlook xp, and I have received meeting request by 1 staff. Included are also staffs for required and optional. When I accept the meeting request, I add some comments. Currently, my comments can only be viewed by originator of the meeting. How to make sure all the staffs for required and optional get my comments as well? The list of staffs for the optional and required are very long and I do not want to type it again. Is there a way to be done automatically like when we send email to several people ( by replying to all).
