Meeting Resources

I have 20 people assigned to various teams with several members serving on multiple teams and the teams being of different sizes. I need to schedule team meetings of a fixed duration (3 @ 2 hours each) but I cannot schedule the meeting unless all participants are available. Suggestions?

That functionality is not available out-of-the-box in MSProject (it is, I believe, a task type in Primavera -- one of MSProject's competitors).

I'd just put the task in and schedule the resources to attend (which might overallocate them). In practice, people often miss meetings for one reason or another so this shouldn't be a major issue.
